2. Software License and Ownership

• All software products sold through SEELATIN are the intellectual property of their respective developers (e.g., Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Busy Infotech Pvt. Ltd., etc.).
• SEELATIN acts only as a distributor or reseller and does not claim ownership of any software.
• Software licenses are non-transferable and are provided subject to the license agreement of the original software company.
• Users must comply with the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by the respective software vendor.

3. Purchase and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full before the delivery or activation of any software license.
• We accept payments through secure gateways as displayed on our website.
• SEELATIN is not responsible for any bank charges, transaction delays, or payment failures caused by third-party payment systems.

4. Delivery of Software

• Software licenses and activation keys are delivered digitally to the registered email ID or customer account after successful payment verification.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on software type and vendor processing time.
• Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and verifying receipt of the license or invoice.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Once a software license key is issued or activated, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
• Refunds are processed only in cases of duplicate payment or a verified technical issue that prevents license activation, and at the sole discretion of SEELATIN.
• Any refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Renewal and Subscription

Customers are responsible for renewing their license before expiration to avoid service interruption. Renewal offers (such as extra validity days) may be time-limited and subject to change by the software vendor or SEELATIN without notice.

7. Support and Service

• SEELATIN provides installation, renewal, and technical support for the software we sell.
• However, in-depth troubleshooting or functional support may be governed by the original software company’s support policy.
• SEELATIN will not be liable for data loss, configuration errors, or third-party integration issues resulting from customer misuse or system incompatibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEELATIN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the software purchase. Customers are advised to regularly back up their data and follow software security best practices.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

10. Modification of Terms

SEELATIN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version of the Terms available on our website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
